2. Payment Terms
- A booking is confirmed upon payment of the required deposit or full amount as per package.
- Payment modes accepted: credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other secure methods specified on the website.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary per package and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of cancellation fees as per the package policy.
- Exotic Alley reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances; full refunds will be provided.
4. Travel Documents
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents.
- Exotic Alley can assist with visa processing but is not responsible for visa delays or rejections.
5. Health & Safety
- Travelers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions prior to booking.
- Exotic Alley is not responsible for health issues arising during the trip; travelers are advised to have personal health insurance.
- Participation in adventure or special activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
6. Itinerary & Changes
- Itineraries may be modified due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Exotic Alley will make reasonable efforts to ensure the trip experience remains of equal value.
7. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is included in most packages; travelers are advised to read the coverage details.
- Any claims under insurance will be handled directly with the insurance provider.
8. Accommodation & Meals
- Hotels and accommodations are as per the package description; alternatives may be provided in exceptional cases.
- Meals are as specified in the itinerary; dietary preferences should be communicated in advance.
9. Liability
- Exotic Alley acts as an intermediary and facilitator for travel services (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) and is not responsible for delays or failures by third-party providers.
- Exotic Alley’s liability is limited to the value of the package booked.
10. Behavior & Responsibility
- Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and the property of hotels or attractions.
- Exotic Alley reserves the right to remove a traveler from a trip for disruptive behavior; no refund will be provided in such cases.
11. Privacy & Data
- Traveler information is collected solely for booking and service purposes and will be kept confidential.
- By booking, travelers consent to use their information for communications related to the trip.
12. Governing Law
- All bookings and disputes are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
